We are an adult Hash (displaying child-like behavior) that runs Sundays - weather not permitting. The hash covers from Centreville, VA all the way to Harpers Ferry, WV and everywhere in between. See where the Hillbillies have Hashed.
The Hillbilly Hash House Harriers was co-founded in 2008 by Reflection Erection, Sour Snatch My Rubber Back, Occifer Ass Baton and Taste the RainBlow. Our inaugural trail was Saturday February 28, 2009. We hail from the cHARLOTtesville Hash House Harriers(our Mother Hash).
Is running optional?
You don't have to train like a Kenyan to participate in a Hash. Since Hashers come in all shapes and sizes, we guarantee there will be someone there in worse shape than you.
Do I have to drink?
No one would ever be forced to drink, but peer pressure may get the best of you. Water and other beverages are provided before and after trail. And of course we always support BYOB!
What will it cost me?
Hash cash is 5 American dollars - no monopoly money, no IOUs. This price is for a typical Sunday Hash, special events will be priced per event.
